Thanks for your feedback. Neither Windows 10 nor any other version of Windows has this capability. That's a function of an application program, not of Windows. Do you have a word processor installed? By the way, I absolutely hate Windows 10 it is very hard to use This thread is locked. Next, click on the edge of the text box and select Import Data from the menu on the left. Select a field on the left and drag it over to place it on the right. You can also double-click. If you accidentally drop a field in the wrong place, simply delete then drag and drop again.
Changes you make will apply to all the labels while the Navigator is on Edit All, so finalize your design first. Then switch to Edit One if you need to change any individual labels, but after that, Edit All will no longer apply to those labels. When making address labels, I created a new list in excel and saved it to the desktop. However, when I merge and print it reverts to a saved list from four years ago. Any one know how to fix this? However - if i move through the document as the cursor passes the corrected word it still shows that the original entry was typed wrong - not great for distributing the document and presumably not good for the document size also.

I have a column for Deposits, with a total on the bottom of the page and then a column for Debits with a total on the bottom. I also have a Starting Balance field that adds with the Deposits and subtracts with the Debits to equal a Grand Total. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance. This will throw out the alignment.
What is happening? And I tried creating and printing labels from two different computers and two different printers. The same verticle shrinking occurs in the print. So much so that the last line of labels is blank. I checked the page size and scaling and it prints the same either way. This is crazy! What am I doing wrong? I am using Word
